Unifying Siloed Systems on the Salesforce Platform
Migrating from the AAMCO legacy system to Salesforce Sales Cloud was transformational for the company thanks to the newly connected systems that were once siloed in nature.

This openness to new ideas and technologies has contributed to massive growth for American Driveline Systems, which is the parent company of AAMCO. “AAMCO has seen record new franchise deposit growth in 2016 with over 50 new stores sold in the first eight months of the year. That’s an increase of over six times versus the prior year,” said Daniel McCullough, Director of Financial Analysis at American Driveline Systems.
CRM Science is also working with AAMCO to conduct a pilot of the Lightning Community Builder for their next franchise engagement community initiative. AAMCO’s success with the Salesforce platform has resulted in their implementation of additional Salesforce products including Analytics Cloud, Customer Plus Communities, Knowledge Management, Live Agent, Pardot, and more.
