The solution is a new offering that enables organizations to safely manage and implement COVID-19 protocols and vaccine distribution.

At the start of the pandemic, CRM Science developed a COVID-19 response solution on Salesforce for a major healthcare organization. When vaccines became available, the company expanded the technology to include capabilities for safe vaccine distribution and management.
The Health Screener App evaluates the incidence of COVID-19 exposure at any given location. Using surveys with built-in logic, the app screens individuals and automatically flags individuals who pose a risk, subsequently denying them access to the premises.
With the Self-Screening App, individuals can conduct a self-screening before they arrive onsite, which is especially useful as a daily survey for employees. Allowing these individuals to self-screen at home reduces time needed to get admitted onsite.
Consent Verification captures the initial consent to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and automatically creates an immunization record in Salesforce, which provides optimal tracking of consent no matter the outcome.
Appointment Scheduling lets individuals select a date and time to receive the vaccine immediately upon giving consent. Following the scheduling of the appointment, individuals receive a confirmation as well as reminders leading up to the day of the appointment.
Vaccine Administration lets healthcare professionals capture which vaccine and batch number was administered on the individual’s immunization record. Since most COVID-19 vaccines currently require two doses, the Pandemic Management Accelerator built by CRM Science allows for tracking of subsequent doses.
Vaccine Outcomes and Reporting capture adverse reactions with the ability to trace these back to the type of vaccine and batch number, so reactions are managed and properly reported.
