Business Analysis


CRM Science Salesforce Analysts work with our clients to analyze their business needs and requirements for use in application design, configuration, and development. Use that analysis to document client business requirements, specifications, training materials, and other project support documentation.

Strategic Communication

  • ​Collaborate with architects, developers, and all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas to apply best practices to Salesforce platform solutions.

  • Use your expertise and knowledge to provide analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help our clients adopt new ideas and adapt to changes.

Business Process Improvement

  • Assist our clients to identify process improvements and recommend system changes that support their business needs. 

  • Research, recommend and implement Salesforce-based solutions including third-party applications to enhance business processes. 

  • Provide end-user training including supporting material and documentation to help them hit the ground running.


Quality Assurance

  • Build, build, build! Experience with user setup, org configuration, page layouts, fields, and tabs is essential. Perform data migration, data cleansing, and backup. 

  • Create high-value reports and dashboards. 

  • Set up workflow automation and process flows.  

  • Own the quality of the build with unit, integration, and regression testing and develop test protocols or plan for testing revised application, and review test results.


Salesforce Platform Knowledge

As a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Consultant with 2+ years of experience, use your superior knowledge of Salesforce clouds, products, functionality, and releases to provide support to our clients and our team. 


CRM Science Salesforce Analysts manage multiple projects concurrently and quickly assess and adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed end-user expectations.
