Marketing Specialist

King of Prussia, Pa.

Our Marketing Specialists are Salesforce enthusiasts with broad branding/marketing capabilities.

 

Summary

CRM Science Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and monitoring the company’s overall branding/marketing programs across various channels. We are looking for an individual who is eager to take on many different areas of branding/marketing.


Content Development

  • Collaborate with our Salesforce consultants to develop content, including blog posts and white papers. Use your excellent writing and editing skills to turn content into thought leadership pieces. 

  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales collateral, one-pagers, and slide decks. This includes the design of these materials.

 

Social Media

  • Coordinate and implement the company’s social media strategy. 

  • Create and publish daily content and communicate with followers and the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Oversee the company’s social media account profiles, i.e., cover photos, profile logos, etc.

 

Events and Conferences

  • Take part in the planning, execution, and coordination of the company’s presence at industry conferences and events. 

  • Handle all aspects of conferences and events, including logistics, catering, venues, giveaways, and marketing collateral. 

  • Provide onsite support by traveling to conferences and events as needed. 

 

Campaigns

  • Assist with the development and execution of all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 

  • Campaigns might include newsletters, targeted email campaigns, webinars, and more. This includes copywriting.

 

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and monitor the company’s online presence across our website and Salesforce AppExchange listing. 

  • Use compelling and relevant copy and imagery for search engine optimization.

 

Marketing Knowledge

Candidates who have 2+ years of experience in a marketing role and knowledge of Constant Contact and Wix are preferred. They should also have knowledge of the sales and marketing process and a basic understanding of design best practices. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media, and event planning.
