Front-End Developer

The front-end developer designs, codes, tests and implements functionality for system improvements and new applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. The Developer manages or leads various phases of the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
 

1. Uses Javascript, CSS and salesforce.com technologies to develop solutions.

2. Under supervision and direction, customize clients’ orgs, including but not limited to

   1. Org and development environment set up and configuration

   2. Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies

   3. Schema design and implementation

3. Perform analysis of business needs and requirements for use in application design, configuration, and development.

4. Develop and document code according to specifications and company standards.

5. Prepare test data and plan, and conduct basic unit or module testing.

6. Maintain currency with Salesforce and company development best practices.

7. Create supporting documentation for development tasks.

8. Participates on project teams for assigned system projects; Acts as a key contributor to projects. Makes significant contributions to the success of projects by applying demonstrated knowledge.

9. Maintain superior knowledge of Javascript, CSS, web components as well as Salesforce technologies, clouds, products, functionality and releases.

Required Skills

​

1. Minimum requirement: strong javascript and CSS knowledge and experience.

2. Web components experience a plus

3. Salesforce.com experience a plus

4. Consulting experience a strong plus

5. Capable of performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Strong orientation to detail, process, and prioritization.
