Six Reasons We’re Counting The Days to Dreamforce 2019

Dreamforce 2019 sweeps through San Francisco November 19-22, 2019, and all the Salesforce gurus come out to play. Benioff and crew save this momentous annual occasion to reveal the latest breakthroughs and dreams for the future as Salesforce admins, developers, consultants, and stakeholders make plans for the next fiscal year. 



The CRM Science lab coats have walked the Dreamforest enough times to know what to expect at #DF19.


















Last year’s event gave us a few treats:

  • Lars Ulrich, drummer from Metallica, revealed the ways the band uses Marketing Cloud to connect with fans before rocking Dreamfest that evening.

  • Apple announced a strategic partnership with Salesforce to develop CRM apps for iOS.

And we’re sure #DF19 will continue to push the bar further.


Here are the six reasons we’re excited about Dreamforce ‘19:

  1. #DF19 CRM Science Giant Puzzle Party 

    Take a break from the Dreamforce craze and level up your puzzle-solving skills at the #DF19 CRM Science Giant Puzzle Party. Games, drinks, food, and CRM… what more could a Salesforce enthusiast want? RSVP to party with us at Dreamforce!



  2. Dreamfest

  3. Sessions

    Three CRM Science lab coats will slay the stage at Dreamforce this year. 

    Ami Assayag & Kirk Steffke: An Admin’s API Integration: External Services and Flows 
    This session will provide Admins with a basic scenario to introduce and demystify things like Named Credentials, API inputs and outputs, External Services, and pull them all together with a Flow. 

    Pamela Roller: Escalate your Communication Skills: Drive Clarity in Group Discussions 
    Tech talk can turn into gibberish for some when conversations delve into complex technical concepts. Pamela will offer vital tools to be sure everyone understands the lingo and nobody is left in the dark.


  4. AI Voice on Mobile

    Dreamforce 2018 could have been dubbed “Voiceforce” with so much focus on AI for voice. That buzz continued in 2019, and we’re excited for innovation announcements related to Salesforce’s partnerships with Apple and Google to offer better AI-powered apps with voice functionality.


  5. Industry Clouds

    Building off the AI fanaticism, Salesforce’s recent industry cloud enhancements have us thinking industry-specific clouds will see more customer-centric innovations using Einstein Analytics. For example, Salesforce announced AI integration for Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in May 2019, and we think AI-powered innovations for industry-specific clouds like FSC will take a front seat at Dreamforce 2019.

  6. Philanthropy

    Always a focus at Dreamforce, philanthropy will take center stage not only with direct fundraising efforts from the conference itself, but with product innovations for clouds specific to the nonprofit sector.

    With the release of Marc Benioff’s book, Trailblazer: The Power of Business as the Greatest Platform for Change, Salesforce is reinforcing its mission to make positive change in the world through business and CRM.

    We’re eager to hear more about Salesforce’s philanthropic efforts in addition to enhancements to Nonprofit Cloud including the newly acquired foundationConnect, which streamlines the grant management process.
