Salesforce releases awesome new features and functionality three times a year. Over the last two weeks, Salesforce has upgraded all production environments to Winter ‘19. Are you starting to notice some of the great new features? Here are some of our favorites:
List View Search: When you are in a list view, you can now use the search box to search the list! This searches just the results of your list and helps you find the records you are looking for lightning fast!
Lightning Reporting Enhancements: Of all of the enhancements to reports in Winter ‘19 there are two that I am very excited about. One, you can now change the currency of the report you are viewing right in the report. Second, you can drill down into a group in a summary or matrix report. Learn more here!

Quick Text: Quick Text is a brand new feature from Salesforce that allows you to set up text that can be used across emails, chat, knowledge, templates, activities, and events. Learn more about Quick Text here.
Einstein Bots: Einstein Bots bring the power of Salesforce AI to the chat experience. In Winter ‘19 they became more flexible than ever. If you are ready to dive into the world of Einstein Bots, learn more here.
Communities: In Winter ‘19 Salesforce introduced lots of new documentation all about Communities, including the video series Who Sees What just for communities.
