CRM Science Salesforce Project Managers manage multiple projects concurrently and quickly assess and adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and exceed end-user expectations. They plan, schedule, and control all project activities to meet client objectives while applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, and building positive professional relationships with clients and internal team members.
Communicate clear expectations for the project and timeline with the client and team and determine project communication cadence through the life of the engagement.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas to apply best practices to Salesforce platform solutions.
Use your expertise and knowledge to provide analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help our clients adopt new ideas and adapt to changes.
Lead cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure salesforce solutions are delivered on-time and on-budget according to defined scope, timeline, and hours parameters.
Assure proper project execution by following the company’s delivery model.
Monitor project work to stay on time and on budget. Also, meets required functionality, and is of the highest quality while understanding and working towards success milestones.
Coordinate all project plan activities, including but not limited to kickoff, discovery, build, QA, UAT and deployment activities.
Ensure documentation is complete and current at each phase of the project lifecycle.
Our Salesforce Project Managers develop and maintain strong client relationships at all levels and facilitate regular strategic business reviews.

Salesforce Platform Knowledge
As a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Consultant with 2+ years of experience, use your superior knowledge of Salesforce clouds, products, functionality, and releases to provide support to our clients and our team. Provide internal and external thought leadership including process documentation, blog posts, webinars. PMP or Certified Scrum Master is a great plus!
