CRM Science Pre-Sales Consultant is a Certified Salesforce Consultant with multiple Salesforce Consultant certifications and 5+ years of superior knowledge of Salesforce clouds, products, and solutions. Specializations in Financial Services, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud are a bonus!

  • Work with our sales team, practice leads, and prospects in the pre-sales process to develop creative solutions for unique business problems. 

  • Demonstrate effective pre-sales capability, including lead qualification, problem identification, and solutioning.

  • Provide deep Salesforce platform expertise and knowledge of business processes and best practices to prospects.

  • Create new project estimates and drive the estimate from analysis call to proposal presentation.

Strategic Communication

  • Drive communication with prospects and our team to keep deals moving forward.

  • Create and deliver professional presentations and documentation of Company services and Salesforce products and solutions to business executives.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail enhance brand credibility.

Develop Relationships

  • Manage multiple business relationships at all levels of an organization.

  • Build brand awareness by attending conferences and events on behalf of the company, including Dreamforce.

Transition to Project Team

Once a contract is signed, create and deliver a comprehensive project execution plan to the delivery team to ensure the team understands the project and client expectations.

  • Participate in project kickoff meetings as the liaison between the client and the delivery team. 

  • Effectively convey information to the project team to guarantee the success of the project.
