Engagement Success Manager

Summary

The Engagement Success Manager is responsible for driving company alignment of client success across multiple teams through relationship building with clients and team members. The ESM facilitates communication between the client, the technical team and the company to ensure successful outcomes, champion a consistent delivery of services, and promote a healthy pipeline of project work throughout the client engagement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Understand, gather and document metrics for client success goals. 

  2. Provide strategic thinking and relationship-building to the technical team.

  3. Collaborate with the Market Development team to connect with the highest levels of client organizations and uncover new opportunities. 

  4. Set clear expectations for the project and timeline with the client and team and determine project communication cadence through the life of the engagement.

  5. Communicate and manage the project work plan and hours, and scope changes, and maintain open lines of communication with the client. 

  6. Monitor for project work that is on time, on budget, meets required functionality and is of the highest quality while understanding and working towards success milestones. 

  7. Provide client reporting, as needed, such as project hours consumption, meeting summaries, etc.

  8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships with all client levels, including mid and senior level management and facilitate regular strategic business reviews.

  9. Maintain current client and project data in the Salesforce org.

  10. Maintain a relationship with Salesforce.

  11. Provides internal and external thought leadership including process documentation, blog posts, webinars. 


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in customer engagement/success.

  2. Outstanding assertive communication and project management skills.

  3. Strong attention to detail.

  4. Knowledge of sales and success processes.

  5. Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and respond to changing priorities.

  6. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

  7. Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times.

  8. Strong writing skills.

 

Some travel may be required.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
