Spend less time creating or identifying the right individuals, build better activity timelines, and reap the benefits. Using email and events, additional data suggestions are made to reps, allowing them to easily add via mouse clicks data points about those contacts that would have otherwise gone omitted.
Within the “Automated Contacts” feature, there is an additional tool to help improve suggestions, called “Smart Email Matching.”
